What we were thinking was we wanted to make our own group. We choose our side instead of district 13 or the capitol. So we wanted to do something different than everyone else. We wanted to make a poster that shocked people with what we thought so we took another group called “the loners”. The group doesn’t want to get involved with any of this war stuff between 13 and the Capitol. And our propaganda is name calling.
